CD Replication

CD Replication is the commercial process for pressing CDs in quantities above 500 units.
Replication involves the creation of a glass master from a supplied master from which a stamper is made containing the physical information pressed on to manufactured discs. Replicated discs are of a higher quality than duplicated / burned CDRs as the data is moulded into the disc polycarbonate material. It is important that the master containing the content you require to have replicated contains ONLY the information you wish to have reproduced. Please ensure your production master adheres to Tailored Media Solutions master specifications.

All replicated discs are professionally printed via silkscreen or an offset (CMYK) process and it is important that artwork for disc surface print is prepared correctly, in accordance with Tailored Media Solutions' artwork specifications.

We offer the following Disc Formats:

  • Standard 120mm CD (650 Mb)
  • 80mm (mini) CD (200 Mb)
  • Business Card CD (40-70Mb)
